Five Tenets of Optum Patient Experience Aspiring Leaders

The Beryl Institute defines patient experience as "the sum of all interactions, shaped by an organization’s culture, that influence patient perceptions across the continuum of care." This module will identify what matters most to patients, define how patient experience is measured and determine how to become empowered to recover service. Learners will realize the importance of staying true to your purpose and describe how to embody the five tenets of patient experience.
